Landlords, need that 'C' rating?
Currently this requirement is due to come into effect from 2030. Once your EPC is completed we can advice on what changes are needed to get that C rating. The following re-assessment after changes have been made will be half-price.

Legionella Risks Assessments..
Did you know these are a requirement for Landlords under Health and Safety at Work Act? Since 2014 you can be help responsible if you have not managed the risks.
An assessment will provide a detailed report, outlining any risks and necessary action if required. Typically these should be done every two years.

We are accredited by ECMK - this means they audit our work to ensure quality, along with providing the insurances, software and tools to complete the assessments and technical support if required.
